Bullet Graphs Instead of Gauges

Charley Kyd just wrote a great article, titled "How to Create Bullet Graphs To Replace Gauges in Excel". Although I wish there was an easier way to create these types of bullet graphs, this is a great article, and a nice example of how to manipulate Excel charts to make them look highly professional.
